 Welcome to Dulwich! Watching the paint dry yesterday on Phlegm's latest piece as part of 'Baroque the Streets.' His mural is one of a whole raft of new work, inspired by the Dulwich Picture Gallery. It is to be seen - on permanent public display - on Goodrich Road. Phantastic, Phlegm!
